DESCRIPTION:New date! \nJoin The Center for Animal Health & Welfare for our 23rd Annual Paws for a Cause event from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Easton’s Riverside Park along the Delaware River on Larry Holmes Drive in Easton. \nThe event is outside and kicks off at noon and includes live music\, a pet costume\, a Human & Pet Walk\, a K-9 Unit demonstration\, and fun games for all ages – and for 4-legged family members as well! \nIn addition to the Center’s adoptable dogs and cats\, several other rescues will be in attending. This event benefits The Center for Animal Health & Welfare and helps to provide care for the more than 450 animal residents who call the Center home. Donations are welcome and the Center will have merchandise available for sale. \nAbout The Center for Animal Health & Welfare: Our mission is to provide shelter\, health care\, and adoption services to stray\, relinquished\, mistreated\, and abandoned animals\, while working to create a community where all animals can live in a safe\, healthy\, and caring environment. Formed in 1913\, The Center for Animal Health and Welfare (formerly the Northampton County SPCA) is a private\, 501c3 non-profit organization. In 2003\, we became a life-saving shelter.
